REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please send us an email at info@Monarc.dk, stating your order number and whether you wish to exchange or return the product.

APPROVAL OF RETURNS

You lose your right of withdrawal if the product shows significant signs of use and is not in the same condition as when you received it. Please return the product in the original packaging (bag and box).

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you by email when your refund is approved. If the return is approved, the full purchase amount will be refunded to you.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must first contact us by email at info@Monarc.dk. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking for your return package. We do not guarantee receipt of returned packages.
