PRICES
In the event of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we will make every effort to inform you as quickly as possible and explain what we can do in the matter — for example, refund your money or help you find a similar product elsewhere.
DISCOUNTS
All discounts that have not been sent out or published in connection with Black Week — i.e. from 20:00 on November 19, 2025, until 23:59 on November 27, 2025 — are invalid during this special period. Discounts will become active again after the period has ended.
PAYMENT
Monarc accepts payments via VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been shipped. All prices are in DKK and include VAT.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Monarc aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We ship throughout Denmark. Shipping is free on purchases over DKK 599; otherwise, shipping costs DKK 29.
Your items are shipped via DAO.
NOTE: If there is no space at the pickup location, your package will be redirected to the nearest pickup point, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on weekdays. Your order will be delivered within 1–3 business days after placing the order.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT (WARRANTY)
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
Depending on the specific situation, you may be entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product. You must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to obtain a receipt for shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs. Please contact us before returning your product.

Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
REFUND
In the case of a refund, please provide your bank details (registration number and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information may be provided by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive data and will only be used to process the refund.
REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES DURING SALES
Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged during sale periods, special promotional campaigns, or when special discounts apply.
Withdrawal of a purchase will only be refunded up to the value of the product/order during the sale period at the time the withdrawal is expressed — whether before, during, or after the sale period.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the purchase date.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You must send an email to info@Monarc.dk. You may also use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing delivery of the item without notifying us.
If you withdraw from a purchase that includes a free gift, the entire order must be returned.
RETURNS
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and you bear the risk of damage during transport. This means you are responsible for the condition of the item from the time you receive it until we receive it back.
When returning an item, you are responsible for proper packaging. To speed up processing, we kindly ask that you include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.
If you wish to return an item, we can assist with a return label, and the shipping cost will then be credited as part of your refund.

CONDITION OF ITEM UPON RETURN
You are only liable for any reduction in the item’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, characteristics, and functionality. In other words, you may test the item, and it should remain in the same condition as when you received it.
If the item shows excessive signs of use or damage beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This may result in you receiving only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time we receive it.
To receive a full refund, you may test the item for up to 30 days.
REFUNDS
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will naturally receive a refund of the amount you paid to us. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you — including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us) — will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation proving that the item has been returned.
COMPLAINT OPTIONS
Complaints about a product or service may be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.

To file a complaint, the product or service must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. A fee is required for complaint processing.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
When you shop with us, we require the following information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
We register and share the personal data necessary to deliver the product to you.
Personal data is registered with MONARC and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.
We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors within the EU or in countries that provide adequate protection for your data.
The data controller is MONARC.
You have the right to access the personal data we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obligated to delete your personal data if you request it — for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
